IS THOUGHT REALLY YOUR REALITY?

 

How much time and power do you put into your stress. We all have stress, but we need to be able to deal with it better. For a start off, is the stress yours or somebody else? If it is yours why have you been giving it so much power? Step out of the circle that you and your stress are in, and take ten steps back in your head from that circle. Take a good look at this stress. Acknowledge the stress and give it back to the universe, all of it, and then visualize all your stress turning to golden fairy dust.

Are you owning anything or everything like illness, negativity, old programming, any inherited symptoms, habits etc.? Don’t own it, don’t give it any power at all. Once again release it back to the universe so it turns to fairy dust.

If you are not where you want to be in life, job, relationship, friendships etc have a big honest look. And Make Changes Now.

Age is interesting no matter how old you are by years; you are as old as you feel. I also believe that we have chosen this life all of it and we also choose when we are going to die. It does not mean that we have to die from an illness. Why are humans, as we get older getting so sick and frail. Live for today as best as you can, eat well, dance well, play well, get outside into the rain and dance, and see your positive friends.

I have several friends that are suffering from illness, all different. My challenge to you is to stop owning it give it back to the universe and turn it into golden fairy dust. Do this as many times a day as you like for ten days. Then you can live the path that you already chose before your birth.
