The group mediation and learning sessions offered by Kay are a great way to expand and grow in my spiritual learning journey. Kay is extremely knowledgeable and shares with her students each week new and various tools for healing and going deeper within. I’m really glad I met Kay to help me with the next part of my spiritual growth.

I’ve always known I am sensitive to energies/empaths and never really knew how to protect myself nor tap into my gifts. I’m glad I’ve taken the first step to attending the weekly group sessions. I feel much more settled knowing I am learning the right tools and mentorship from someone I can trust.
