OPINION OR OPINIONATED

A view or judgment formed about something is not necessarily based on fact or knowledge. (Belief or judgment).

It is very interesting how other people always have an opinion or set out to judge you. How do they really know all the facts about what they have formed an opinion on? I have always had an opinion whether you wanted to hear it or not. And to be honest I never thought twice about saying it.
Spirit has a very interesting way of teaching me, that I need to look at changing this.
I have been noticing people whom I have known for a very long time, are not saying what they need to say to my face but spends a lot of time talking about me behind my back. It has really made me think how honest we are to each other. And we are not.
I have decided, now to be very honest, but also kind, and say what it is I need to say. I know a lot of people have issues with confrontation but is not it better to get it off your chest instead of blowing it out of control in your head.
I have also realized, that opening my big fat mouth, (which constantly happens) makes me feel powerful, but also makes me look like a know it. Not something to be proud of really is it. Now if I was only giving out my positive opinion, people may listen more.
The whole issue here is are we being honest with ourselves and with others. When people ask our opinion, take notice do they really listen to you are saying?
Instead of being on our high horse and a know it, maybe breathe before you reply.
Spirit has always told me that we have all the answers we need are within our souls, maybe make more time to sit quietly and meditate or just walk the beach, ask your question to the universe, and see how you are answered.
If somebody repeats negative things about you
how do you react? Normally we react with anger or disappointment. Can we learn just to let it go? Move on with your life in the love and light, and real people that are so bored with their own life, that must gossip, are not needed in your life, are they?
