I believe by taking the time for yourself, finding out who you really are, and releasing all old programming, permanently. And to start living the real spiritual soul that you are. With many, many, many lifetimes of knowledge, you have brought through into this lifetime.
Take the time to meditate, and don’t try and turn off your brain, because it doesn’t work. If you come and participate in Kays group, you will learn all the tools to release old rubbish and live in the now. The group is not scary at all. The only thing you need to be scared about is you and your imagination.
