Sit quietly and get into your nice relaxed meditative state. You can lay down or sit up to do this exercise. Ask the universe how much rubbish are you still holding onto, within your brain, for example, you were always told as a kid you will never amount to anything, or you are too dumb, too ugly, too fat, etc.

When you have got into that relaxed state, ask the universe what is holding you back in life. What is stopping you from reaching your full potential?

You are going to be shown a big fat rope that is attached to your waist and it goes for miles until it comes to the anchor that is buried deep in the earth. There may be seaweed, rubbish, and shells stuck to the rope. Acknowledge all of what you have seen on the rope, then get a big pair of scissors and cut the rope at your waist. Do this for at least 5 to 7 days. You will notice how much more vibrant and you should feel as though you are not being held back at all anymore.

Once again take notice of your dreams after you have completed this exercise.
