In the last two to three months, we have been going through big shifts in who we perceive ourselves to be.
Have you been feeling low in energy, or stuck, depressed, lost, or bored? Have you lost your direction in your life?
This is all part of the energy shift. For example, you have been wearing all your life the wrong size pajamas, (kids’ pjs instead of adults) As we go through this shift of energies, we are becoming aware of what size we need to wear. Why? Because we are starting to be who we really are.
Being human we do not take to change very easily. So take each day as it comes, go for a walk in the bush, beach, or park. Meditate, listen to your favorite music, and relax.
This is also a precious time to manifest your dreams. Feel what it is like to have your dreams come true, see it, live it. Be very aware you only deserve the best.
Be kind to yourself. Learn to love yourself unconditionally.
