Sit quietly and have a good look at your life. Do you know who you really are?
Sometimes we are still living through our past old programming.
Write a list of all your negativities. Do this for about ten days. Each day, you write your list, take it outside, and burn it. This is very symbolic of you wanting to release these things permanently.
Take notice of your dream state. Lots of things can be shown through your dreams.
Allow yourself two months to complete this exercise. Then start writing your list of what you truly desire, be greedy. You only deserve the very best.
Be kind to yourself.
Allow this process to be very natural and easy.
