HOW MANY STRING DO YOU STILL HAVE ATTACHED?
Just visualize a belt with attached strings ( a bit like a cobweb) connected to old emotional pain, anger, hurt, or loss. Or something big that is causing you grief. Get your scissors out and cut all those threads right up to the edge of the belt. It doesn’t matter what the strings represent, just cut them off.
Do this exercise for a week and notice how your life, thoughts, and feelings have changed.
As humans we tend to hold all emotions, negative and positive, so isn’t it great that we can now release all negative emotions.
