HOW MANY TIMES A DAY DO YOU DO THIS?
How many times a day do you think about what could have been, if I hadn’t said that, or done that.
Or how many times a day does your brain go back and forth over something already in your past? Do you think it might be time to take notice of what we are thinking? And what we are creating in our lives through our thoughts,(thought is reality)
Here is a simple exercise for every thought you have that is not positive, visualize yourself chucking up a tennis ball in front of you and whacking it with a tennis racket, and hear the noise of the racket hitting the ball. It doesn’t matter where the ball goes, just get rid of that thought.
By doing this exercise daily for a while, you will retrain your brain.

Dance, sing walk the beach or forest. Play music.
