LADIES ATTENTION
How many times have you questioned your life, what am I doing here? Who am I? Do my family think I am the cleaning slave? Nobody appreciates me, it is like I am invisible. How often do I get together with the girls, does your life always revolve around your family? Are you still living in your square of safety? Are you still putting your family first or your job? Are you still living in fear, not taking any risks at all?

The first thing you will learn is how to protect your energies. We then meditate, meditation is your time just to sit and relax and to teach your brain and body to relax.
From there spirit gives me an exercise to do, e.g., healing, auras, clairvoyance, releasing old rubbish, and negative energies. Numerology, past lives, ancestorial releasing. Also, a manifestation of the positive things you want in your life. Learning to forgive the past, and to live in the now. Are you still living in fear, too scared to take risks?
